Pam Plageman serves as Executive Director/CEO of the Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority (MCCFA), the local government body that owns and operates the Dayton Convention Center. She led the Center's landmark $45 million renovation, completed in June 2026, positioning it as a best-in-class facility and a true economic engine for the region. From board governance and tax administration to vendor management and economic development, Pam drives the MCCFA's vision at every level.
With over three decades of senior leadership spanning Sports & Entertainment, Convention Centers, Performing Arts, Casinos, and Agricultural venues across six states, Pam is one of the most seasoned venue executives in the country.
