Barrel Pick Experience

Join Bourbon Development for an exclusive barrel picking experience at New Riff Distilling, offering members a rare behind-the-scenes look at the art and decision-making that goes into selecting a single barrel bourbon.

This private experience will include a guided tour of the distillery, followed by a structured barrel tasting led by the New Riff team. Participants will sample and evaluate multiple barrels directly from the source, learning how mash bills, aging conditions, and barrel characteristics influence flavor and quality. The group will collectively select a barrel that represents the Bourbon Development standard.

This event is designed for members who want deeper insight into bourbon craftsmanship while engaging with fellow executives and leaders in an intimate, high-touch setting. Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees will receive priority access to purchase bottles from the selected barrel once released.
